So I got introduced to the half-Jackie workout: Row 500m, 25 thrusters (sort of like squat push-presses) and 15 pullups. Done in 8 minutes. Gonna have to practice those thrusters.

Today I finished making some figures for Charlie. Will have to try chase up the data on the differentially expressed genes on http://www.wikigenes.org/ before seeing him tomorrow.
